These rods are built on a blank manufactured using carbon helix, a non-woven fiber giving these rods unmatched strength and accuracy. You can choose between a carbon fiber handle or our signature black burled cork handle. The black cork handles are a blend of burled cork with composite cork ends for durability and to prevent chipping and the carbon fiber grips are cured carbon fiber pre-preg that is light as a feather yet the most durable handle on the market that allows for ultra sensitivity. The 6061-T6 aluminum reel seat features a hidden hook keeper with double locking rings. Each guide on our rods are sanded down and perfectly formed to the contour of the blank to eliminate any stress points when the rod is in deep flex.
